Training and nutrition in one plan

Nutrition guidance that follows the training

The duration and intensity of every planned session translate directly into guidance for carbohydrates, fluids and recovery. Your athlete no longer has to guess what a long run or interval session requires.

    Where it goes wrong

Nutrition sits apart from the training plan.

Most athletes get one generic nutrition plan that does not change when the training week changes. As a result they eat too little around hard blocks and too much on easy days.

    01

One default plan for every training day, regardless of duration or intensity.

    02

Fuelling during long sessions improvised per athlete.

    03

Recovery nutrition only discussed once complaints appear.

    What the software does

From planned load to concrete guidance.

Nutrition guidance comes from the same environment as the planning, so nothing needs retyping or double bookkeeping.

    Guidance per session

Duration and intensity determine the carbohydrate guidance around the session.

    Fluids and electrolytes

Guidance for drinking during longer and warmer efforts.

    Recovery after the session

What is needed after a hard session to start the next one well.

    Adapts when the plan changes

Move or change a session and the guidance moves with it.

    Signals during hard blocks

See which athletes are in a hard block and need extra attention.

    One overview per athlete

Training, nutrition and recovery side by side in the same record.

    03

    Review the proposal

Endurix converts the load into guidance you can adjust.

    04

    Share with your athlete

The athlete sees what is needed before, during and after each session.

    Frequently asked questions

    Questions about training and nutrition

How does Endurix connect nutrition to training?

Endurix translates the duration and intensity of a planned session into practical guidance for carbohydrates, fluids and recovery. Change the session and the guidance changes with it.

    Does this replace a dietitian?

No. It gives your athlete guidance around sessions and races. Medical or clinical nutrition questions belong with a sports dietitian or doctor.

Can I adapt the guidance to my own approach?

Yes. You set the starting points per athlete and adjust the proposal before you share it.

Does this also work for long sessions and races?

That is exactly where it matters most: the longer and harder the effort, the more a plan for carbohydrates and fluids during the effort counts.

Do athletes pay extra for the nutrition features?

No. Every feature is included in the coach workspace price; coached athletes pay nothing extra for their Endurix account.

One plan for training and nutrition.

Stop letting athletes guess around hard blocks and races. Tie the guidance to the training you already plan.
