    Garmin structured workouts

    Structured workouts straight to Garmin

Build a session with steps, targets and rest intervals and publish it to your athlete's watch. Afterwards the completed activity returns automatically next to the plan.

    Sound familiar?

The session is in the app, but not on the watch.

When an athlete has to remember every block length while running or riding, execution gets sloppy. And afterwards you cannot see exactly where it went wrong.

    01

Intervals retyped by hand into Garmin Connect per athlete.

    02

Athletes checking an app or message mid-session.

    03

Completed activities you have to line up against the plan yourself.

    What the software does

From workout builder to the wrist.

You build the session in Endurix; the athlete gets it step by step on the watch and you get the execution back.

    Workout builder with steps

Warm-up, repeats, rest and cool-down with a target per step.

Targets by pace, power or heart rate

Pick the metric that suits the discipline and the athlete.

    Publish to Garmin

The workout sits in the watch calendar on the planned day.

    Activities return automatically

Completed sessions via Garmin or Strava land in the athlete record.

    Reuse from your library

Build once, then deploy for any athlete or training phase.

    See execution deviations

Planned and completed sit side by side, including deviations per block.

    How it works

On the watch in four steps.

    01

    Connect Garmin or Strava

The athlete grants permission for the connection once.

    02

    Build the workout

Capture steps, repeats and targets in the builder.

    03

    Publish to the calendar

The session appears on the watch on the planned day.

    04

    Review the execution

Afterwards you see per block what deviated from the plan.

    Frequently asked questions

    Questions about structured workouts

    What is a structured workout?

A session split into steps with a target per step: warm-up, intervals, rest and cool-down, each with a target for pace, power or heart rate.

Does the session appear on my Garmin watch?

Yes. Published workouts land in the watch calendar, so the athlete sees what to do per step during the session.

Does Endurix also work with Strava?

Yes. Endurix is not tied to one hardware brand; completed activities flow back into the athlete record via Garmin or Strava.

Do I have to retype every interval?

No. You build a workout once in your library and then reuse it for other athletes, phases or disciplines.

Do I see whether the athlete hit the intervals?

The completed activity is placed next to the planned workout, so you can see per step where execution deviated.

Send your session to the wrist.

Build the workout once, publish it to Garmin and see exactly how it was executed afterwards.
